How to Register:

  1. Download Registration Form and fill it out completely
  2. Download Waiver/Release documents and sign them
  3. Download Race Schedule for planning purposes
  4. Write a check for the grand total on the Registration Form made payable to: Tejas Sports Productions
  5. Mail the Check, Registration Form and Waiver/Release to:

Entry Requirements

  • You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge.
  • Event numbers are required to participate.
  • Crew support allowed at start/finish only.
  • Only official vehicles allowed on event course
  • SNELL Approved Helmet REQUIRED!
  • All riders and crew members must sign waivers
  • No drafting allowed (except for riders on same team)
  • The field for all four events combined will be limited to 150 riders

Cancellation Policy

Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You also may not transfer your application to the following year.

If you registered and are unable to participate in the race, please send your cancellation including your name, street address, phone number and T-shirt size and we will try to ship you a participant packet including a T-shirt. Please send your request to:
